What to Expect

- For new clients, additional time is built into your first visit for a brief consultation and assessment before your session. Your booked session time remains the same, but you can expect your total visit to be 15-30 minutes longer.

-Treatment primarily centers on soft tissue and manual therapy, and may include light movement, mobility work, or simple strategies to support lasting results.

-You’ll also receive guidance and recommendations to help you better manage how your body feels between sessions.

What do I need to prepare?

Please complete your intake form prior to your session, which will be sent via email after booking.

Clothing should allow for comfortable exposure when needed, as working directly on an area can be more effective depending on the technique used. You can wear athletic or comfortable clothing, or we can use traditional draping during your session.
