Our Sports/Medical massage treatments are tailored to address chronic pain, injuries, and post-surgery recovery. By combining soft tissue techniques and active treatment, we aim to alleviate pain and restore movement.    

What to expect:
-Each session is 60 min. 
-The treatment will focus primarily on the site of pain or discomfort. 
-A session may include a combination of manual therapy techniques, including myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, stretching, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
-Some sessions may require active movement and exercises.
-During treatment, the therapist will also provide education and recommendations on how to manage your pain.

-Athletes or active individuals
-Post-rehab or surgery recovery
-Anyone who is dealing with chronic pain

- First 30 min for consultation,60min for treatment

-Some sessions may require active movement and exercises.

New Client- Sports & Medical Massage

Our Recovery and Relaxation massage sessions are customized full-body treatments to help you recover from daily stress and physical activity. We aim to calm the nervous system while easing minor aches and pains. 

What to expect:
-Sessions can be booked as 60 min or 90 min.
-This is a more traditional style of massage treatment
-A complete body treatment that can be customized to focus on specific needs
-Breathing techniques may be included to help aid with stress relief and relaxation.

Who is this for:
-Anyone dealing with physical and emotional stress looking to relax and disconnect. 
-Athletes or active individuals who use massage as part of their recovery program.
